Your adoption guarantees our family to continue to use sustainable farming methods thoughout the year. Joining this CSA (community supported agriculture) also guarantees you a pure, 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cold pressed within 24 hours of harvest.

There are 2 Groveshare options: Full and Mini. Full Groveshares will receive 3 seasonal shipments per year. Partial will receive 1 shipment per year. As a Groveshare Member you will also get special discounts on products throughout your adoptive year.

By tradition we harvest in mid-November so by participating in The Olivesmith Groveshare now, you are reserving your oil from the 2017 harvest. As soon as the Olive oil has "rested" we start shipping. Olive oil is considered Olio Nuovo when consumed anytime in the first year of harvest, giving it an acerbic peppery kick. As it continues to rest it mellows out into a mature full bodied fragrant Olive oil. As you receive your oil throughout the year you will experience the different notes that come to life on the flavor palette.

*Full year adoptions will be open until October 2018 and support the 2017 harvest. All adoptions will receive all grove boxes for that years harvest regardless of signup date. Nov 2018 and onward adoptions will begin to support 2018 harvest.
